About the project.

Powell worked with MonMotors Limited in developing a brand-new centre for PartsPlus in Cardiff. PartsPlus is a new, national network that has recently launched to provide a range of services designed to support the sale of trade parts directly to independent repairers and body shops.

PartsPlus new centre needed to include warehousing space, office space, kitchen and toilets. Having worked previously on the large-scale fit out of Cardiff Audi, MonMotors awarded Powell the contract for the CAT B fit out works of the new office space and furniture supply at PartsPlus Cardiff.

The Works.

The client required the creation of office space to comprise all M&E works, including partitioning, ceilings, flooring, furniture and decoration, as well as heating, ventilation and air conditioning. The new office needed to be safe, functional and comfortable for staff.

A kitchen with breakfast bar was to be fitted, as well as toilets and storage facilities. A bespoke reception counter was also required.

We also installed a new 3.5metre wide roller shutter door at the entrance point of the storage area.

The Results.

The large, open warehouse has been utilised effectively by the fit out works. By developing a dedicated area into functional office space, both warehouse and office staff can be housed at the one facility for PartsPlus in Cardiff.
